Dads on the Rocks

August is here, and with it comes a fresh episode of the Dads on the Rocks Podcast! This episode features the boys hitting 40 and how focus has shifts to taking care of yourself to stick around a while longer. Followed by an auditory assault of the ears as the guys try their heavily dumbed down version of "Guess the Next Lyric" and are restricted by copyright laws. Lastly, Freddy may have inadvertently created a borderline derogatory term for a pastry chef while discussing "The Bear". Enjoy!

Glory isn't the only thing old we're saluting this month. America turns 250 and the boys discuss Freddy's upcoming birthday. Though we're not sure if he's turning 40 or 14, because we talk about so many of his favorite things that are happening this absurdly hot summer. Stay inside, stay hydrated, and know that eating triangle-shaped watermelon on 4th of July is the most Murican thing you can do. Enjoy!

Happy New Year from Dads on the Rocks! We recap yet another extremely eventful holiday season, and, spoiler alert, we're exhausted. But we're going into the new year as we do every day; Trying to do better and trying to be better. Also, Freddy gets to find out just how much better at meal prep and calorie consideration Andre is than him. It's jarring. Enjoy!
